    Pico de Gallo. I pinned this here, because I made this every other morning at my very first chef/commercial/corporate job. Many MANY cuts and screams from the lime juice in my fingers.. Lol

    My husband (who is originally from Mexico) makes the best pico de gallo recipe, and I finally took some pictures and wrote down how he does it.

    Copycat 54th Street Gringo Dip This is one of the best dips I've ever made. Really easy to make. I melted all of the cheeses with the milk before I added the pepper and pico de gallo, then the spinach. Keep mixing the cheese so it doesn't burn. Really easy to make and REALLY good. Pretty accurate to the real thing.
