Here is a great workout to do from home. I do this in the morning, when I get home, and before bed. Takes no time at all and I can already see results!!

Not sure about 10 pounds in two weeks, but this is a good conditioning workout a lot like what we used to do in gymnastics every day.

Get rid of your muffin top and back fat. In the beginner mode do 30 rep of each. I've made this my every-workout routine.:) +
