Make an easy centerpiece - a three tiered “ticket cake” topped with pennant featuring name of birthday kid ... no frosting or cake mix required! Party info can be printed onto fans with old fashioned "ice cream wood spoon" handles. Napkins and utensils were wrapped with a strip of carnival tickets to give the kids a head start on their winnings.

Vintage Carnival Party... um, wow. Unfortunately, I don't have a full year to do all of these projects, but wow.
