Steakhouse Sautéed Mushrooms 3 Tablespoons butter 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced (I used a mixture of white, baby bella and shiitake) 1 Tbsp dried minced onion 1/4 cup dry white wine 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 clove garlic, pressed 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Melt butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes, until mushrooms start to soften. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over low heat for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Steakhouse Mushrooms •1/4 cup butter, cubed •1 pound medium fresh mushrooms •2 teaspoons dried basil •1/2 teaspoon dried oregano •1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt •1/4 teaspoon garlic powder •1 teaspoon browning sauce, optional In a large skillet, heat butter over med-high heat. Add 'shrooms; cook & stir until tender. Stir in seasonings and (optional) browning sauce. Reduce heat to medium; cook covered, 3-5 mins to allow flavors to blend.
