      2 cups of rotisserie chicken shredded into fairly large chunks. Dice up 2 avocados into medium-sized pieces and mix with 1 T of the lime juice. Add salt to taste. Thinly slice 1/4 cup green onion and 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro. Mix 2 Tab mayo and 1 Tab lime juice to make the dressing. Instructions: Add dressing to chicken and green onion first. Add avocado and mix then add cilantro and mix again. This could be served inside pita bread or sandwich bread (whole wheat).
