The Loaded Bowl- quinoa, black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, avacados. My advice for this recipe is to double everything but the quinoa. 3 cups of uncooked quinoa makes A LOT of cooked quinoa leaving not enough tomato, black bean, and avacado. It makes a huge batch so if you dont want left overs half the quinoa or even do just 1 cup and the given portions of everything else. It is a DELICIOUS recipe!
