apparently using apple cider vinegar as a toner to treat blemishes is a great, cheap solution. dilute the ACV to 3 parts water, 1 part ACV. though it may vary according to your skin type. supposedly it helps even out your skin and clear acne. even those stubborn acne spots that never go away long after the pimple is gone.
