Mashed potatoes, mixed with butter and bacon, chives, spices, cheese. Stuff into a greased muffin tin and "fork" down the tops. Brush on melted butter or olive oil and bake at 375F until the tops are crispy and golden brown.
Fat Burner Candied Sweet Potatoes...only 93 cal per serving . Roast it! Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash and peel 4 med sweet potatoes and cut into 1" pieces. Toss in large bowl with 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1/4 c pure maple syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and 1/4 c chopped pecans. Place mixture in 13" x 9" baking dish. Roast until fork-tender, about 40 minutes. Serves 4.
Baked Rolls ~ 2 c Bisquick, 1/2 c sour cream, 1/2 c 7up, 1/4 c melted butter. Preheat 450º Cut sour cream into Bisquick. Add 7up. Makes a soft dough. Sprinkle counter with a little Bisquick mix. Pat out dough. Melt butter. Pour into a 9" square baking pan. Cut biscuits. Arrange them in pan on top of melted butter. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
