    Peanut Butter Balls, it's not Christmas until these are made. The yield for these was 1/2 the suggestion. Also, my dough came out runny so I just added more powdered sugar and they were fine. I put them in the fridge to set as dough balls and then when they were chocolate covered.

    Peanut butter buckeye balls recipe 3 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. margarine 4 c pb 3 packages chocolate chips ⅓ cake paraffin wax Heat the chocolate chips and paraffin wax in a double boiler until they melt. Combine the powdered sugar, margarine, and Pb in a large bowl and mix them with your hands until everything is well blended. Chill for 1/2 hour. Roll the dough into balls and chill them.
