    1 Fennel, bulb
    1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
    1 Leeks
    1 lb Potatoes


    1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

    Baking & Spices

    1 tbsp All-purpose flour
    1 Kosher salt and black pepper

    Bread & Baked Goods

    1 Bread


    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 cups Whole milk

      Divide and freeze soup in muffin tins. Makes the perfect individual servings. Shrimp and Corn Chowder. More shrimp than corn... So I'd call it a shrimp chowder! Look interesting and yummy.

    creamy baked corn: made this last night... twas AMAZING!!! will definitely be making it again (soon probably). it was really super fast and easy, too: melt one stick of butter and blend with 1 cup sour cream and 1 egg. add 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can creamed corn, 1 box jiffy corn bread mix. bake at 375 for 35 minutes. add bacon and green onions to top and bake for additional 10 minutes.
