Dry-Aging Steaks at Home – I really really want to try this.  If you have a foodsaver you are two steps ahead of me in being able to.  Bags are a little expensive, but dry aged steak at a "REAL" steakhouse is even more $$$!  Gotta get a foodsaver!!
