Wontons that have been browned and steamed or simmered are called pot stickers. Serve them as an appetizer or a main course. I made them with finely chopped bok choy and leeks. I added 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of soy sauce, granulated garlic, pepper and ginger to the filling. I also added a splash of soy sauce to the water when I steamed them. Easy and yummy!!
