Corkcicle: A great alternative to bulky ice buckets, the Corkcicle stows in a freezer and rapidly chills bottles. Simply insert it into a wine bottle after pouring your first glass to maintain the optimal temperature for whites — about 50 degrees — for 45 minutes, but can also cool reds to cellar temperature in ten minutes flat. via nymag #Corksicle #Wine_Cooler
White Wine Sangria: Cut kiwi & lime into wedges. Pour 1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc into a large pitcher. Add 2 kiwis, 1/2 cup of raspberries, & 2 limes & 1/2 cup of sugar then mix well. Cover & let it sit in fridge for at least one hour. When you’re ready to drink, add 1/2 liter of club soda (or ginger ale) & about two handfuls of ice. Mix again & serve immediately.
