    MYRNA LOY ~ Born: Aug 2,1905. Died: December 14, 1993 (aged 88) of complications from surgery. She was discovered by Mrs. Rudolph Valentino: Natacha Rambova' & given a part in pictures. At the end of the silent era, Myrna Loy started her career as an exotic, femme fatale. Her first film was "What Price Beauty?" (1925) She had appeared in a phenomenal 129 motion pictures. Her final public appearance was in 1991 when she received her lifetime achievement award during 63rd Annual Academy Awards
