Make your own freezer burritos. I like her rice mix-in ideas but these need a protein addition, eggs for breakfast burritos or chicken, ground beef or steak. 3 minutes reheating time in the microwave for a quick out the door bite.
Freezing Meals: This week I tried making a week of lunches and dinners on Sunday and freezing for the week... I think I've gained at least an hour-and-a-half of productivity every night this week! Definitely incorporating this practice into the schedule.
Homemade pizza pockets for freezing - lunches - made this recipe with 2 1/2 c all purpose & 2 1/2 ww pastry flour. Dough came out a bit tough; still ok but I think less kneading time would be good. Being able to roll them out in a sheet the punch rounds would save time & make more uniform; also using an icecream scoop for even portions in each.
