Exercise hard. Work through the exhaustion and boredom. Change it up and stay motivated. Even though you can't see an immediate difference, you are continually growing stronger and healthier. No Matter How Slow You Go, You Are Still Lapping Everybody On The Couch

I'm good at not procrastinating a work out however I can procrastinate everything else.

goals are quantifiable. "be more fit" or "lose weight" are not goals. "Run 3 times a week for 6 months" or "get within a healthy bodyfat percentage by next year" are goals.

Be consistent in your training and your nutrition and you will get there.
