Another falcon, I suppose it's a kestrel, with nice colors and markings. Edit: it's an American Kestrel, thanks wiinterrr for the ID!

African Pygmy Falcon: Dry semi-desert thornveld regions of Northern Cape and Namibia. The 'chip chip' call is a giveaway as are the white tail bars. Breeds in a chamber of the large untidy nests of the Sociable weaver that sprawl over trees in the region.
