Delicious but not much different than any other recipe I like. Recipe calls for 3 cups of chocolate chips which is 100% more than my go-to recipe does. I used half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate for these. Will make again if I need a one-day recipe since mine taste best after the dough is in the fridge for 24 hours.
Paradise Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe: 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 375, cream together butter and sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually beat into butter/sugar mixture, add chocolate chips and stir in. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. BEST COOKIES EVER!
My BFF from high school, Debbie used to make these wonderful chocolate chip cookie bars stuffed with a creamy cheesecake filling. She'd use premade cookie dough (think Pillsbury or store brand) for a shortcut. You can also use homemade cookie dough.
