    3-day military diet. apparently you can lose up to ten lbs. in 3 days, with this special diet. Take a four day break and do it again until you've achieved your goal... Pinner checked it w/ her medic hubs & he said it's good to try! May have to try this, wish I had better self control though

    I got through step 4, half way through 5...went to squats and about keeled over. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better. lol

    So, I just came across this and thought "This will be easy... its probably only hard for people that are out of shape"... well.. I just finished it and now I feel completely out of shape. The crunches were especially hard. Needless to say, I need to work out more haha.
