BLOG POST: Today is day 15 of my 30-day Paleo Challenge. I am feeling great, and slimming down! My weigh-in today told me I gained about 2.5 lbs. since last week, BUT that was 2% body fat lost and 1.3% muscle gained! Years ago, when I didn’t understand what body composition was, I would have been frustrated and upset at the scale, as every week I’ve been gaining weight (I’ve gained over 3 lbs. since I started this challenge.)

I need to learn this.  If I had three wishes, I would wish to be able to eat veggies & enjoy it, not hurl up everything I've eaten in the last day.
