Oven roasted green beans- Roasting imparts a yummy slightly sweet and smokey taste that makes veggies pretty amazing. If you have never tried roasting your vegetables, you really should! I'd add onion, minced garlic and mandarin oranges (like Sam's does).

Roasted carrots: 400 degrees for 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for 5 more minutes.
