DIY - Upcycling old Tins. Spray paint used was Krylon's Indoor/Outdoor Satin Catalina Mist. Step-by-Step Tutorial.

Beautiful idea but $32 on etsy + $10 s/h. I know that I can make this for about 2-3 bucks with a piece of barn wood, leftover kids blocks and some hooks. I don't care that much for the black blocks think that I would distress them in their natural colors

Small Mustard Tea Tin Desk Clock by ReigrucheStudio on Etsy, $18.00

Tins painted white and drawn on. If I can figure out how to make it so our cans don't have the one little sharp poky thing after removing the lid, we'll try this.

What a great idea for tins that are pretty but no lids, or no longer useful in other ways...

Easy Storage recycling Altoids tins for the desk. Love that they don't take up too much space...

Recycled Painted Tin Soup Cans..... by FrenchieBoutique on Etsy, $7.00

What does it say about me that I have everything needed, in my craft stash, to make these, including the glass tops, charm bracelet, vintage molds, tons of vintage tea cups. Ironically, the only thing I DON"T have, are the tins! Better make some spaghetti sauce soon!

Painted old popcorn tins to store things in like dog food. Why have I not thought of this?!? My dad gives me that nasty popcorn every year as a gag gift lol (he knows I hate it haha)
