Just finished eating these and I only have one thing to say... YUUUMMM!!! I spun some of the chicken in BBQ Sauce and some in Frank's Hot Wing Sauce- both versions were mmm mmm good! Ellis was a huge fan, too, even with the cilantro-onion and avocado in it, which makes it pretty impressive. I left out the green onion and I didn't use cornstarch, so I don't know if it could be even better, but I was happy regardless I highly encourage you to cook some of these up for yourself. Oh- side note…

Beef Stew in Red Wine Sauce

Beef Stew in Red Wine Sauce - For this beef stew, Jacques uses a special piece of the shoulder called the flatiron steak. This long, narrow piece is extremely lean, tender and moist, and it makes an ideal stew. He does not use stock, demiglace or even water. He makes his stew strictly with a robust red wine. This rich, winey beef stew is always a hit with his chef friends.
