My cat Buggie the Love Bug adored red roses. I'd get her an organic one and she'd eat the petals like salad! How exotic -- a cat that eats roses :)

This is a Sterling Silver Rose. It is, in my opinion, the sweetest smelling rose on earth. It is also delicate and only blooms for a very short time...as it is with very beautiful things. My good friend who passed on loved lavendar roses. She had them at her funeral, and every time I see one I think of her and I think of how fleeting life and beauty are. Sieze the day. Stop and smell the roses.

I've got to do some research and find out what variety of rose this is. Hope it's a real variety and not Photoshopped ... love the colors.
