Zucchini Chips These are good--and I've done them with squash too! I slice them thin, dip in egg/milk mixture then roll in original flavored bread crumbs with panko. Salt, pepper, paprika and spray the top with olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 350 until brown and crisp. We like them dipped in Ranch dressing, but tonight I'm going to mix up some "fake" Cane's sauce!

Zucchini Chips 4 Ways - The Copper Collective-tried salt and vinegar, and parm. Did not use bread crumbs. Must have sliced too thin because 30 mins was way too long. Keep an eye on them. Great for a chip craving!

Zucchini Chips...yummy! I made them in the oven, opposed to frying, and still were very good!

I have a zucchini the size of a small child at home so I think these "12 Tasty Zucchini Recipes" will come in handy.
