Caramel Apple Pie Protein Shake!!! Base for a Protein shake and: - 1/2 cup Apple chopped fine, or 1/2 cup applesauce - 1/2 tsp Caramel extract (or 2 tbs sugar free butterscotch pudding mix) 1/2 tsp Apple or pumpkin pie spice - Dash Cinnamon

Into your blender or Vitamix, add all of the ingredients and blend until creamy.  Place in individual bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for a nice frozen treat.  Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
