Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients ■1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt ■1 cup Fruit (your Choice - Blueberries, Peaches, Pineapple, Etc) ■1/4 cup Milk ■1 dash Honey ■ Ice Place yogurt, fruit, milk, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.

    Made this with just frozen fruit, fresh fruits, and veggies. It was so so naturally sweet without any added sugar! I love Stevia but feel it would have been extremely too sweet. The spinach leaves and a small amount of avocado added a smooth savory flavor that balanced out the sweet (: I think a little bit of cocoa powder would have been amazing, plus some Greek yogurt.
