Wrapping celery in foil will keep it fresh and crisp in your frig for weeks. You can get 7 wks out of broccoli and 6 out of head lettuce doing this too. Good to know! (Now all you have to do is remember what it is because you know you'll never look. ;-)  )

If you wrap your celery in tinfoil before placing it in the fridge it will last for weeks and will still be fresh and crisp when you pull it out. This also works for stored broccoli for 7 weeks wrapped in tinfoil and heads of lettuce for at least 6 weeks.
