The No Homework Binder- when kids don't do their homework, they write the date, assignment, and why they didnt do it. Discussion point at parent conferences. Instead of recording the verbal excuses... in your head... GOOD IDEA!!!

Homework binders...I hate to say "like" to anything with the word binder in it, but a great way to organize students

Teach Bake Love: No Homework Binder -> each time they forget students write in the binder. Helps keep track of which students forget homework, how often, etc.

This would be great for students to keep in the front of their math journals, binders or notebooks.

Student Reflection Form "No Homework" Binder. It's my personal/teacher mission to help students become more responsible for their actions. I like that this form makes them accountable for their missing work AND requires them to think about it-something which usually doesn't happen.

Differentiate homework & give students choice... Students choose when to do deliberate practice in math 20 min. [review (meet expectations) or take on a challenge (exceed expectations), & in literacy [write for 60 min./week & read for 60 min./week.] Logging what they have done & showing their progress to the teacher throughout the week is mandatory.

new years resolutions...easier than my usual glyph!

hahaha this is perfect. Ive seen other kinds of 'no homework binders' in classrooms during observations or subbing and they either had blank homework sheets to take and re-do or blank paper with excuses by them to act sort of like a self message book. awesome plan for motivating students!

Grey and White Chevron --This is one of SEVEN themes that I have made for my ULTIMATE Teacher Binder collection! :) You will NEVER have to thumb around your desk and filing cabinets for what you need. You will already have it in your binder...organized and neatly placed! After teaching for 6+ years, I finally did it and I'm super proud of it! I spoke to several of my fellow educators and found out what they needed at their fingertips and this is what I came up with. 272 pages of organization! $

No Homework Binder. I like this even better than my Missing Work Forms...

A slip to send home to parents when students miss a homework assignment....

Make your own class lift-the-flap book! Kids LOVE a lift-the-flap book with their own picture in it. A great project for the beginning of the school year.
