Another pinner says: know I already pinned this, but I have made this almost everyday for a week and I have felt so much better since I have started! I don't feel sleepy in the mornings, but also it's got plenty of protein to hold me over until lunch! Everybody should try this!
Banana, pina colada Smoothie: 1/2 Chiquita Banana 1 pkg. Chiquita Pineapple Bites™ 1/3 cup coconut milk. Disappointed. I like a thicker smoothie and not very pineapple-ly. I am going to freeze some crushed pineapple in 1/2C portions and see if that helps. It did. Much better.
