I read an article recently, where someone interviewed people who survived attempting suicide by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge, on the way down they realized that all the probs they were worried about ALL of them--were solvable. Food for thought.

I don't think people understand how stressful it is to explain what's going on in your head when you don't even understand it yourself.

You are going to be okay Breathe. You're going to be okay. Breathe and remember that you've been in this place before. You've been this uncomfortable and anxious and scared, and you've survived.
