    Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole: 2 T. olive oil,2 cloves garlic, crushed, red pepper flakes to taste, 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 C. marinara sauce,1/4 C. chopped basil, 8oz mozzarella, shredded, 4oz Parmesan, grated, 5oz pkg garlic croutons. In baking dish, add olive oil, garlic, red pepper, lay in breasts, 2 cups tomato sauce, sprinkle basil, add half mozzarella & half Parmesan cheeses, then 5oz garlic croutons, then remaining cheeses. Bake 350, 35 minutes.
