    door with seat storage....don't forget to look for benches that can be repurposed for this. I just got a door and a piano bench that is going to work great...sides of bench will be cupboard doors cut down.

    love this. I keep talking about building something....maybe this will be it! I love the hooks...never know where to put my purse and then my coats/sweaters in the winter time - gotta start looking for old doors now!

    I will make this one day! There is a spot to hang coats, a place to put on shoes, the bottom bin could be for shoes - with a removable, washable liner, and the top could be for hats and gloves and stuff!

    Old Door to Entry Bench - this idea rocks! It has flexibility since you may vary its width and height...even connect multiple doors. I also have a picture somewhere of an old door used as a headboard; super cool!

    {this is my dream view!! I have a picture from the entrance of a beautiful place like this hanging over my couch!}

    This looks so easy. At some point I'm going to find the time to make this. I have an extra head board and foot board that would work great for this project.

    Dresser Turned Bench- might take this idea and throw my own spin on it. make it lower to the ground. and ea. kid a window seat in their br. use the drawer to put blankets or as storage... a throw pillow to match the seat and maybe a little bookshelf on the side to hold a few of their favourite stories.
