12/05/2012 This one had me sweatin'!!! Once I figured out what a few of the exercises were it was relatively quick. But I won't say painless... Gonna be sore the next couple of days :) Felt a lot in my core as well. Adding in some plank ab twists to finish it off :)

Do this for ten minutes in the am...literally keep your kettle bell just under your bed so you see it. Wakes you up and gets the mind/body going.

Inner Thigh Workout...cause that's a hard spot to get rid of Adding this to my legs....

Tabata Interval Kettlebell Workout (do each of the following exercises for 4 minutes before moving on to the next one. For those 4 minutes, set an interval timer for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest (tabata intervals). The whole workout will take 32 minutes.)
