putting stone under the bar counter makes sense to minimize scuff marks when people are seated on stools around your breakfast bar...much better than painted wall...plus it's pretty!

I just have one problem with thr space- the windows. It woukd look better if it were more open like a floor to ceiling glass wall.

Better than a stool. Easy to just push back in rather than move the stool around. So clever. That space goes otherwise unused.
