Spicy Parmesan Shrimp Skillet. The only thing I changed with this one was I added a lot more red pepper and I used shells instead of penne pasta, because that's what I had. But with the shells, it was like there was too much pasta and not enough marinade. So next time, I think I'll make some more of the marinade. And use penne. Lol. Still an awesome meal, though. :)
This recipe is too good not to share. This is my revised version of another recipe that was on Taste of Home. Elena loves it every time we make it and when made with Barilla Plus noodles it has tons of protein! Tonight she even helped me make the sauce. Note: You can get the sundried tomato pesto at Aldi.
