Made this tonight- and we loved it! I served it with rice and fresh steamed broccoli. There was PLENTY of sauce and it was pretty rich so you could easily use some lower fat versions of some ingredients and still have amazing flavor. I think this would work well for any light white fish. A new favorite for sure! Oh and I used a creole seasoning for the cajun seasoning and it was just right.

This is one of my family's favorite recipes. It is a great way to get in fish.

Almond crusted tilapia....1lb of fish makes about 3 servings, unless you have 2+ sides....

Tilapia w a Small Kick ¼ c oil, 3 garlic, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp dried mustard, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 pinch cayenne pepper, 4 tilapia filets 1. Preheat 400 2. In bowl combine oil, garlic & seasonings 3. Dip ea filet & place on sheet 4. Pour remaining seasoning over the filets 5. Bake 10 -12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
