We've been trying this "oil-less turkey fryer" on other stuff, and so far it has been pretty fun. Our roast was cooked perfectly, but was tough (I think it was the cut.) Ribs were very tasty, keeping the dry rub on, but cooking at 350 they were tough, too. I didn't want to leave them in too long and have them dry out. But they were TASTY. Next is a pork loin this weekend, I think.
No oil, infrared turkey fryer.
