    Chocolate homemade granola bars. Per pinner...Taste like no bake cookies. I love the ingredients. Switch the peanut butter to almond butter, coconut butter for regular butter and the chocolate chips for vegan ones and these can be vegan!

No-bake granola bars by laurenslatest Honey, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, oats and rice cereal. I used rolled oats (blending half to make tinier pieces). Made sure to heat 'caramel' mixture to 245 degrees. Kids and hubby LOVED them! Great school lunch or snack idea.
