Apple Blondies: Chewy apple blondies topped with a caramel buttercream and toffee bits
Caramel Cashews: Over med heat, combine 30 caramels and 2 tbsp heavy cream; stir constantly til caramels are melted; remove from heat; fold in vanilla and cashews until mixed; (scoop into paper candy cups??) spray cookie scoop with Pam; place clusters 2 inches apart on pan with parchment paper. Melt together 1/2 C chocolate chips and 2 tsp shortening; drizzle over clusters.
