Never Boil Corn on the Cob - leave husk on Directions Throw it in the oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk. I've heard you can get same results in microwave. Follow same instructions but it's just 5 minutes per ear.
There's only two ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin (15 oz.). No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. The end result is an amazing, incredibly moist muffin/cupcake with a hint of pumpkin flavor.
