Tranquil and Serene

Soft mocha walls and pale pink accents make for a calming, zen palette. Toss in some crisp white furniture to keep things modern and you have this gorgeous, Japanese inspired nursery. A big congratulations goes out to new mother Jennifer. She not only delivered a beautiful baby girl (January 10th!) ...

Love it! Just would want to make sure the stuff hung on the wall over the bed was extremely secure with no chance of being pulled off the wall, and with no sharp points at the corners of those frames. I'd make sure there was no glass in the frames either. If baby throws a hard toy, he gets a shower of glass. Not good. Also, the chalk would need to be baby-safe. Baby will probably lick it at some point if he's anything like my kids. lol

I always use acrylic instead of glass to frame anything in a nursery (doesn't break) but it doesn't actually look like there is glass in these frames...

Toddler and baby room--for when baby is old enough to sleep through the night without disturbing the toddler! I love the look of this room: the wall art, the furniture pieces themselves, and the setup of the furniture.
