Blair's Toddler Room

by Natalie Bushman
I wanted to update my 2 year old daughter's room to something more grown up than her nursery but not so childish that I would have to change it in a couple years again.

Oh Joy | Traveling w/ a Toddler: "Bring toys and games. One great trick is to wrap up little toys and games your kids have never seen before in tissue paper and unwrap one every hour of the plane ride. I love that idea. While I've never brought quite that many items, I usually bring a handful of little toys, crayons, a coloring book, stickers, lots of snacks, and the thing that saves us most of the time: An iPad (in a durable case) filled with educational games and shows."

I'd travel a lot easier too if I had a nice, cushy spacious seat like that! I'm assuming this isn't "economy class" ;)

My mother-in-law always brought her "Mary Poppins bag."

  • HighView

You should check out the HighView, it lets you hang your iPad so your little ones are more comfy (and they wont drop the iPad!). You can also hang it from strollers!
