STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM OATMEAL SMOOTHIE 1.Put one BANANA, 2 T. HONEY, and one packet INSTANT OATMEAL (flavored works great) into a blender. 2.Pour enough MILK (dairy milk can be replaced with almond or rice milk) into the blender to cover about ½ or ¾ of the ingredients. The more milk you add, the less firm your smoothie will be. Fill the blender with ice and BLEND!
