Vintage Industrial Nursery

I was so excited when I found out I was pregnant! I couldn't wait to start the Nursery. When we found out we were having a girl... I knew exactly what I wanted. Something she can grow into!

I love the idea of taking regular furniture and modifying them to accomodate a nursery. Then when the baby grows up, it can be used somewhere else!

Paint some wicker baskets (Martha Stewart has fantastic paints at Michael's), flip them upside-down, drill a hole & fasten a light through it (great deals at IKEA) & you have these! Or you can hang them without the lights!

Crib blue - poss for dresser... Also like the simplicity of the white rug, although that would be hard to clean.... :)

Pom poms are a cute mobile alternative and could easily be switched out for a boy or girl.
