4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Candy... This looks very similar my grandmother's "potato candy" except the base was mashed potato. For those with a serious sweet tooth, it's a bit like fudge.

Made them and they were great! Used 1/2 cup stevia instead of 1 cup sugar, threw some PB in, an egg, and some chocolate chips. Came out great!

I just made these cookies and I enjoyed them as just a dough. My daughter and I really like them. They are pretty sweet though (I don't eat sugar on a regular basis). I think next time I'm going to try stevia instead of sugar. But REALLY good overall, I definitely plan to use this recipe again. Easy, quick, and yummy.
