    2 Pasilla chiles, green
    1/2 tsp Thyme, leaves
    1/2 cup Tomatoes

    Canned Goods

    2 cups Chicken stock


    1 Hot sauce
    2 tbsp Lemon juice

    Baking & Spices

    1 1/8 tbsp Salt
    1 Pinch White pepper, freshly ground

    Oils & Vinegars

    1/4 cup Olive oil
