1/2 lb Lump crabmeat


2 Anaheim peppers, green
2 tsp Basil, leaves
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Chives
1 tsp Cilantro, leaves
3 tbsp Garlic
4 lbs Green tomatoes, firm
2 Jalapenos
3 cups Onions
2 Pasilla chiles, green
1/2 tsp Thyme, leaves
1/2 cup Tomatoes

Canned Goods

2 cups Chicken stock


1 Hot sauce
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

1 1/8 tbsp Salt
1 Pinch White pepper, freshly ground

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


8 tbsp Creme fraiche
