Lightened Up Breakfast Pizza - 8 servings at 7PTS each. This was really fun to make & the kids enjoyed eating it :) My pizza ended up as a rectangle & I used 8 oz of turkey breakfast sausage (half a roll), 2% reduced-fat cheese as opposed to fat-free (much better flavor w/out compromising points) & 4 eggs instead of egg substitute.
