    Yes it needs some work, but 9000 sq. Ft. for $60,000?! I wish I had the money, time, energy and manpower to fix this old house up. / Redoing that porch would be the fisrt thing. :)

    my whole family took vacation time and went to see this beautiful home(travel from VT to Canton PA) , yes it needs work but we fell in love but the owners were unwilling to work with us, we were so sad and still are . My son and I still dream about this place ,my wife can't look at any of the photos without getting upset . I wish we could win some money ,I would love to give life back to this lovely home :(
