Beautiful Victorian House (1894) in Canton, PA for restoration. Check out the hardwood floors and grand hall, There are pocket doors as well. Plus a turret! You can see there has been some water damage but this is completely restorable.

Yes it needs some work, but 9000 sq. Ft. for $60,000?! I wish I had the money, time, energy and manpower to fix this old house up.

my whole family took vacation time and went to see this beautiful home(travel from VT to Canton PA) , yes it needs work but we fell in love but the owners were unwilling to work with us, we were so sad and still are . My son and I still dream about this place ,my wife can't look at any of the photos without getting upset . I wish we could win some money ,I would love to give life back to this lovely home :(
