A Nice Curry Chicken Dish You Can Try This Week

3/4 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into chunks about 1 1/2 inches


10 Baby carrots
1 Coriander, Ground
2 Potatoes
1 Red onion

1 cup Chicken broth
2 tbsp Curry paste

These recipes look awesome! I'll be tweaking just a little to make them cleaner but I've printed most of them out!

Chicken Lazone easy! Instead of chili powder, I put some lemon pepper in a bag with some white wine and minced garlic (along with the other spices called for) and marinated the chicken tenderloins in it for 1/2 hr. and served this dish with grated Parmesan cheese on top. It was exceptionally good. :o)
